ctric Utility and the Petroleum and Energy Authority, local and international developers had a wide-ranging and candid discussion on current and rapid momentum in the sector, the public and private mini-grid pipeline, the regulatory structure governing the sector, specific interventions to support various elements, and the introduction of new investment frames (particularly for local developers).
