Nahom Dawit is a consultant at Veritas Consulting. He works principally in defining energy and cost implication for power systems investments. This work has included C&I investments, agriculture and irrigation energy assessments, and rural electrician supply and demand. He also assisted in preparing a user manual for Veritas developed mini-grid financial model.
Before joining Veritas, he worked in several engineering firms where he managed the execution of several projects that involved Electro-Mechanical Installation works in HVDC stations, substations, transmission lines, distribution systems, telecommunication, and solar systems. He also assisted in project supervision and management works, design work, testing, and commissioning. Nahom holds a BSc degree in Electrical power engineering from Addis Ababa University, and currently pursuing his master’s degree in Electrical power engineering.
